Seeking cancer treatment abroad can feel overwhelming. Our role is to make the process clearer by helping you prepare the right documents, identify suitable hospitals for review, and coordinate the steps before, during, and after treatment.

How It Works
Patients do not need to travel blindly. The case should be reviewed first.
Step 1: Submit the case
The patient or family provides diagnosis, country, prior treatment, and current needs.
Step 2: Organize records
Radian Future helps identify missing pathology, imaging, treatment records, and DICOM files.
Step 3: Prepare case summary
We organize fragmented records into a bilingual case summary, treatment timeline, and expert question list.
Step 4: Identify expert pathway
Depending on the case, we assess whether review should involve radiation oncology, proton/heavy-ion, surgery, medical oncology, imaging/pathology, or MDT.
Step 5: Coordinate online review
Where appropriate, we coordinate preliminary doctor or hospital review and online consultation.
Step 6: Clarify next steps
Possible outcomes may include no China travel, additional tests, online consultation, further specialist review, China treatment, or another pathway.
Step 7: Arrange China visit if suitable
Radian Future supports hospital communication, scheduling, translation, visa-support documentation, accommodation guidance, arrival planning, and family coordination.
Step 8: Organize post-treatment documents
We help collect discharge summaries, treatment records, imaging files, payment documents, and follow-up recommendations for continued care at home.

Submit Your Case for Preliminary Coordination
Please submit the patient’s basic information and available medical records. Radian Future will first help determine whether the file is complete and whether the case may be suitable for review through a Chinese oncology expert pathway.
Submitting a case does not guarantee hospital or physician acceptance, nor does it mean the patient is suitable for treatment in China. Final medical opinions are made by licensed physicians and hospitals.

第一步：提交病例
患者或家属填写基本信息，说明诊断、所在国家、既往治疗和当前需求。
第二步：整理资料
瑞原协助患者确认需要补充哪些病理、影像、治疗记录和DICOM文件。
第三步：制作病例摘要
将分散的医学资料整理成中英文病例摘要、治疗时间线和专家问题清单。
第四步：判断专家路径
根据病例情况，判断是否更适合放疗、质子/重离子、外科、内科肿瘤、影像/病理复核或MDT评估。
第五步：协调线上评估
在适合情况下，协调医生或医院进行初步审核或线上会诊。
第六步：明确下一步
可能结果包括：无需来华、补充检查、线上会诊、进一步专家评估、来华治疗或转至其他路径。
第七步：如适合，安排来华
瑞原协助医院沟通、预约、翻译、签证支持文件协调、住宿建议、抵达安排和家属沟通。
第八步：治疗后资料整理
协助患者整理出院小结、治疗记录、影像文件、费用文件和随访建议，便于回国后继续治疗和复查。
