Seeking cancer treatment abroad can feel overwhelming. Our role is to make the process clearer by helping you prepare the right documents, identify suitable hospitals for review, and coordinate the steps before, during, and after treatment.

Step 1 — Submit an Inquiry
Complete our inquiry form with your diagnosis, country of residence, treatment history, and contact information.

Step 2 — Prepare Medical Records
We will guide you through the documents required for review, which may include:
Passport copy
Pathology report
Biopsy report
Diagnosis summary
Treatment history
Surgery records
Chemotherapy records
Previous radiotherapy records
CT / MRI / PET reports
DICOM imaging files
Current medication list
Physician referral letter
Insurance information, if applicable

Step 3 — File Review
Our team checks whether the file is complete enough for hospital review. If documents are missing, we will inform you before submission.
第三步：资料初步整理
我们的团队会初步检查病例资料是否完整。如缺少重要文件，我们将在提交医院前提醒您补充。
Step 4 — Hospital Matching
Based on diagnosis, tumor type, treatment needs, hospital capability, location, and availability, we help identify suitable hospitals or treatment centers for review.
第四步：医院匹配
根据诊断、肿瘤类型、治疗需求、医院能力、地理位置及接诊条件，我们协助匹配合适医院或治疗中心进行审核。
Step 5 — Physician Review
The hospital’s medical team reviews the case and determines whether the patient may be suitable for proton therapy, heavy-ion therapy, or another treatment pathway.
第五步：医生审核
医院医疗团队审核病例，并判断患者是否可能适合质子治疗、重离子治疗或其他治疗路径。
Step 6 — Consultation
If appropriate, an online or in-person consultation may be arranged. Additional tests may be requested before final treatment planning.
第六步：会诊咨询
如适合进一步评估，可安排线上或线下会诊。在最终制定治疗方案前，医院可能要求补充检查。
Step 7 — Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate
If the patient is accepted for treatment, the hospital may provide a proposed treatment plan, expected duration, and estimated cost.
第七步：治疗方案与费用预估
如患者被医院接受治疗，医院可提供初步治疗方案、预计治疗周期及费用预估。
Step 8 — Insurance Documentation
We help coordinate documents that may be required by international insurers, employers, embassies, or third-party administrators.
第八步：保险文件支持
我们协助准备国际保险机构、雇主、使领馆或第三方管理机构可能需要的文件。
Step 9 — Travel & Arrival
For patients traveling to China, we may assist with visa support letters, accommodation guidance, translation, airport arrival information, and family support.
第九步：来华与抵达安排
对于来华治疗患者，我们可协助签证支持信、住宿建议、翻译沟通、抵达信息及家属陪同安排。
Step 10 — Treatment & Follow-Up
During and after treatment, we help coordinate communication among the patient, family, hospital, interpreter, and home physician where appropriate.
第十步：治疗与随访
治疗期间及治疗后，我们协助患者、家属、医院、翻译人员及患者本国医生之间的沟通与随访协调。
